Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Poshy Foods website (www.poshyfoods.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Orders and Payment

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or fraud prevention.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Square. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within Canada. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Poshy Foods pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Poshy Foods or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
