Refund Policy

No Returns — All Sales Final

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, Poshy Foods is unable to accept returns. All sales are final. We cannot resell or redistribute food products once they have left our facility, as we cannot verify that safe handling and storage conditions have been maintained.

Discretionary Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not accept returns, we may issue a refund or replacement at our sole discretion if your order meets one of the following conditions:

  • Damaged in transit: The product arrived visibly damaged, crushed, or compromised due to shipping
  • Defective product: The product is spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise unfit for consumption upon arrival
  • Incorrect item: You received a product that does not match what you ordered
  • Missing items: One or more items from your order were not included in the shipment

Refund requests that do not fall within the above conditions, including change-of-mind purchases, are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To be considered for a discretionary refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  1. Your order number (format: PF-XXXX-XXXX)
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Photographs of the product and packaging clearly showing the problem
  4. The date you received the order

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed

In some cases, we may offer a replacement shipment or store credit instead of a monetary refund. We will discuss available options with you before proceeding.

Non-Eligible Situations

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Change-of-mind purchases or buyer's remorse
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or used beyond reasonable inspection
  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control
  • Products stored improperly by the customer after delivery
  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it is subject to the refund policy outlined above.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
