Poshy Superfood Chocolate Ogi Bowl

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons Poshy Ogi flour
  • 1/2 cup cold water (to make slurry)
  • 1.5 cups boiling water
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa or chocolate powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 sliced banana (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey or agave (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1 Make the slurry: In a mixing bowl, combine Ogi flour with cold water. Stir until completely smooth.
  2. 2 Cook the Ogi: Bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil. Gradually add the boiling water to the slurry, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  3. 3 Let it thicken: Stir until it thickens into a creamy porridge. Cover and let steam for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. 4 Flavor boost: Stir in cocoa powder while still warm. Add honey, cinnamon, or sliced banana if desired.
  5. 5 Top it up: Finish with a sprinkle of chia seeds for a nutritious crunch and digestive health.
