Healthy Poshy Ogi Bowl with Fruits & Granola
A wholesome African breakfast bowl made with smooth, fermented Poshy Ogi, topped with fresh fruits, granola, and superfoods.

Ingredients
- • 5 tablespoons Poshy Ogi flour
- • 1/2 cup cold water (for slurry)
- • 1.5 cups boiling water
- • 1 tsp cocoa or chocolate powder
- • 1 tbsp chia seeds
- • 1 sliced banana
- • 1/4 cup granola
- • 3–4 strawberries or berries (optional)
- • 1 tsp honey or sugar (optional)
Instructions
- 1 Make the slurry: In a bowl, mix 5 tablespoons of Poshy Ogi flour with 1/2 cup of cold water until smooth and lump-free.
- 2 Prepare boiling water: Bring 1.5 cups of water to a rolling boil separately.
- 3 Cook the Ogi: While stirring the slurry, slowly pour the boiling water into the bowl. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
- 4 Steam and rest: Cover the bowl and let it steam for 5 minutes to deepen the flavor and texture.
- 5 Flavor the base: Stir in cocoa powder and sweetener if using.
- 6 Add toppings: Transfer to a serving bowl. Top with banana slices, chia seeds, granola, and optional berries.
- 7 Serve and enjoy: Eat warm for comfort or chilled for a refreshing morning bowl.
